He identifies himself as a CIMA (UK) qualified Management Accountant demonstrating exceptional skills in Management Accounting and Financial Analysis. He further possesses professional qualifications in Human Resources Management from CIPM (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management) Sri Lanka and holds a certification from Harvard Online for Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies. Hailing from the fourth generation of a family business dedicated to Ceylon Tea, he possesses and bets his skill on tea related ventures from Manufacturing of Tea, Exports of Tea and Branding of Tea for overseas clients.

Dr.F.S.Bondarenko, Director of International Business of the Innovation Chapter Private Limited, is an internationally reputed business figure possessing a wealth of experiences and skills for more than 15 years over divergent areas. She is well-experienced in Renewable Energy, International Business Consulting, International Investments & Trade, IT and AI Digital Technology. she serves as the Chairman of Royal Touch Group, Sri Lanka, and who has ventured in to tea exports and exports of spices. In 2012 Dr. F.S Bondarenko graduated from North Caucasus State Technical University (Russian Federation) and in 2015 received her PhD in Law from the Moscow University of Finance and Law. For her outstanding contribution to business development in Russia, Dr. F.S. Bondarenko was honored as the “Hero of the year” according to the Magazine “Ogonyok”, Russian Federation and in 2015 has received the position of Vice President in the Korea-Russian Chamber of Commerce (Republic of Korea). In 2020 Dr. F.S Bondarenko became the representative of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sri Lanka (FCCISL) located in the Russian Federation. As of now, she continues her success in the international business development. This dynamic personage collaborates her visionary leadership while her advanced experiences in the international business field at present has been contributing to the business development of Ingine Lanka Private Limited.

Completed Primary and secondary education at Royal College Colombo 7. Holds a BSc (IT) from the Faculty of Information from the University Moratuwa Sri Lanka and a MBA from Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayawardenapura.
Commenced career at hSenid Software International as a business analyst. Worked at hSenid for a period of 8 years heading two business units (WebITPro and HRO) and then moved on to Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited as a CEO for one its subsidiaries to take up digital transformation projects at Lakehouse. Currently is the General Manager of Projects Corporation Pvt Ltd, a company specialized in providing Project Delivery and Support Services for principles such as Oracle.
Is a Council member of Computer Society of Sri Lanka and Board Director of the ICT Industry Skills Council. Is also the secretary of Digital Transformation Advisory & Management Committee of RCU and secretary of ICT Advisory and Management Committee of RCU.
